Join us for Mid-Summer Supper, part of our seasonal dinner series, Supper at Saxony—a collaboration between Farow and Saxony Farm. Set inside the polo barn, this communal dining experience celebrates the height of summer through a thoughtfully composed, multi-course meal rooted in seasonal ingredients and refined technique.
The Experience
The evening begins with a welcome mocktail, followed by a three-course tasting menu that unfolds throughout the night. Each course highlights the peak of the season, with ingredients sourced from local farms and prepared from scratch.
Guests are seated together at a long table designed to encourage connection, with thoughtful seating arrangements to keep parties together whenever possible.
