Peach BBQ Sauce
Peach Season has officially begun and we are so here for it!
This peach BBQ sauce is the kind of summer flavor you’ll want to drizzle on everything. It’s sweet, tangy, and has just enough kick from the black pepper to keep things interesting. I love how the peach purée gives it a bright, fruity base that plays perfectly with smoky grilled meats—or even just spooned over roasted veggies. Make a batch ahead of your next cookout and watch it disappear.
Ingredients:
1 cup (240 g) peach purée
1 cup (240 ml) apple cider vinegar
1 cup (200 g) sugar
1 tablespoon (7 g) black pepper
Salt to taste
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir until the sugar dissolves, then bring to a gentle simmer. Cook for 15–20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens slightly and the flavors meld. Taste and adjust salt as needed. Let cool before storing in a jar or bottle. Keep refrigerated and use within 2 weeks. Perfect on grilled chicken, pork, or as a dipping sauce.
